At ISN Virtual Worlds by Experience Design, we intend the complex process to develop and implement a successful user experience project. We apply the concepts of Experience Design to marketing projects, starting from the concept to developing the interactions among the users and different media and the relations and interactions among different media and channels.

The approach of Experience Design, does not focus on implementing a message on different channels, but on how multiple messages interact with the users and how they integrate in different channels.

By Experience Design we literally mean drawing the lines that enable true interaction around the user. A successful experience design project should output an experience that is exactly as the user expects it to be. A high quality user experience design and development, takes notions from different disciplines, such as marketing, engineering, design, psychology and sociology, to name some of them.

Although Experience Design is listed among our solutions, it is not a solution itself, but rather an approach to developing multichannel solutions.
